Frequently Asked Questions

Please note: All courses (apart from juniors) require a full driving license.

We welcome one spectator per driver who must be over 16 years old. Spectators will be outside watching for the duration of the course & will not be riding in the back of our 4×4’s. You may bring your own vehicle onsite as a base in wet weather. Spectator vehicles will remain in a designated area for the duration of the course & not be driven around the site. NB: Spectators are not permitted on Work-Based training courses.

Please dress according to the weather. Warm water-proof clothing in wet, cold conditions & we advise bringing sun cream & a water bottle in hotter months. Stout/supportive footwear is essential regardless of the time of year as the ground is undulating & can be slippery especially when wet & muddy.

Driver’s lunches & tea/coffee is included. Spectators may either bring their own lunch or we can order additional lunches at a cost of £10 p/p. Dietary requirements & extra lunches require at least 5 days-notice.

Sorry, no pets are permitted to attend.

Our finish times are always approximate as it depends how many people are attending – if we are under our 3:1 ratio you will finish a little earlier. On half day courses we aim to be coming down for lunch around 12:30pm. Full days we come off-site between 3:30pm/3:45pm. Some 1:1 course may go on until 4:15/4:30pm.

We use Land Rovers; we have SWB Defenders and  LWB Discoveries.

We run our standard 3:1 courses Monday to Saturday.  NB:  Owner Driver and 1:1 courses are run Monday to Friday.  We are closed on Sundays.
