We welcome one spectator per driver, who may watch the off road driving.  In wet/cooler weather spectators may bring their own vehicle onto the off-road site & park it in a designated area as a base.  NB: There is no undercover areas on the off-road site, so please dress for outdoors in all weathers.

We don’t permit passengerson standard courses.  However, we do allow one rear seat passenger on our owner driver & exclusive 1:1 courses.  Please enquire when booking.

Please dress according to the weather. Warm water-proof clothing in wet, cold conditions as you will be outside when not driving.  We advise sun cream & a water bottle in hotter months. Stout/supportive footwear is essential regardless of the time of year as the ground is undulating & often slippery.

Driver’s lunches & tea/coffee is included. Spectators may either bring their own lunch or we can order additional lunches at a cost of £10 p/p. Dietary requirements & extra lunches require at least 7 days-notice.

Sorry, no pets are permitted to attend.

Our finish times are always approximate as it depends how many people are attending – if we are under our standard 3:1 ratio you will finish a little earlier.  We aim to come down for lunch around 12:30pm/1pm; the Introductory course then finishes.   If you are on the Advanced course we should be coming off-site 3:30pm/4pm. Some 1:1 course may go on until 4:30pm.

We use Land Rovers; SWB Defenders and  Discovery 1 & 2 manual & automatics.

The standard 3:1 courses are run Monday to Saturday.

Owner Driver and our exclusive 1:1 & 2:1 courses are run Monday to Friday.  We are closed on Sundays & bank holidays.

We normally require at least 6 weeks notice.  NB: From 1st October to 31st March, if you wish to attend  during those month’s we strongly advise that you contact us at least 10 weeks in advance as this is our busiest time.

If you cannot attend on the date/s offered & if your voucher expires after our next available date, you may extend the voucher for a further three months; there will be a small admin fee plus any price increase since the voucher was purchased.  If the fee is not paid the voucher will expire 12 months from purchase date / date on the voucher.  We cannot create spaces at short notice when we are full, we appreciate your understanding.  NB: We close for 2-weeks over Christmas/New year
